Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order any time up to and including 10 days from the delivery date.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing (by email or letter) within 10 days of the delivery date. Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you may find that your order has already been dispatched. If this is the case, simply return the goods unopened and in a re-saleable condition for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges where applicable). Please refer to our returns procedure.

You will be responsible for the original delivery charges if applicable and the cost of returning the goods.

BeOutdoors cannot be held liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, we therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value.

Product Descriptions
We strive to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, however we are only human and therefore can make mistakes.

We will not accept any orders which contain pricing inaccuracies, and should we feel that an item has been described inaccurately, or should the exact item ordered prove unavailable, we will contact you and request confirmation from you before processing your order.

We cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are current and without error. We will correct errors as soon as they are brought to our attention. Because of the difference in which computer screens display colours, the colour that you see may not match the actual colour of the garment. If a product you have ordered is not as described then you may cancel your order as long as you comply with these terms and conditions.

Complaints and Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which you have not ordered, or the goods are damaged or faulty, please inform us in writing (by email or letter) within 10 days of the delivery date and include a written description of the incorrect order, damage or defect. We will then ask you to return the goods for inspection (please refer to our returns procedure).

In the case of damaged/faulty goods, once we have confirmed that there is a problem with the goods, we will be happy to repair them, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. Please note that the final decision as to whether the goods are faulty rests with the manufacturer. If the goods are found to be damaged/faulty, we will refund your postage where applicable.

For incorrect orders, we will verify that the goods sent are different to those ordered. If this proves to be the case, we will offer you a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, including postage where applicable.

If the goods are found to be correct or not damaged/faulty we will return the goods to you. In this instance, you will be liable for the return postage charge.

Privacy
The information collected at checkout will only be used by BeOutdoors to process your order and improve the service we offer. We will NOT pass your details onto anyone else or a third party. If you have opted to be kept up to date with special offers and news from BeOutdoors, then we will use the information you provided to send you emails.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your country; if one or more goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
