Returns Returning Goods to BeOutdoors If you wish to return your order, or part of your order, to us for any reason, then you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Goods returned to BeOutdoors must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, order number, customer’s email address, customers name, contact phone number and delivery address. Please state your reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. As long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and all their labels are intact, we will exchange the products (subject to availability) or refund the cost of the products. All refunds will be given as soon as possible. We recommend that goods are returned by Royal Mail recorded delivery; BeOutdoors cannot be held liable for lost or damaged uninsured packages. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs.
