Delivery
Standard Orders
For a delivery address in the UK, our orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE using
Royal Mail 2nd class post. Orders over £30 (and bulky orders under £30) will be sent by recorded delivery. Provided the
goods are in stock, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 3 to 5 working days (please note that
this is not guaranteed).
BeOutdoors cannot accept liability for late delivery due to postal strikes,
weather conditions or incidents outside of our control.
Priority Orders
If you need your order sooner, for a cost
of £3.95, we will deliver
your order using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For™. Provided
the goods are in stock, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and
delivered in 1 to 2 working days (please note that this is not guaranteed).
Please note, priority orders received on Friday may not arrive until
Monday and any priority orders received over the weekend will be despatched
on Monday.
If the delivery address is outside the
UK, and in Europe, we will use the UK’s Royal Mail International Signed-For service at a cost
of £12.

Express Orders
If you want to guarantee next
day delivery of your order, we will dispatch your order using Royal Mail
Special Delivery™ Next Day at a cost
of £7.95. However, the order must be received before 12.00 noon
Monday to Friday.
Please note, express orders received on Friday may not arrive until Monday and
any express orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Rest of Europe
If the delivery address is outside the
UK, and in Europe, we will use the UK’s
Royal Mail International Signed For™ service at a cost of £18.

All Orders
We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or
location at our sole discretion.
A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods; if you are not
at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card may be left and
the goods will be taken to your local sorting office/depot for you to
arrange collection. |
